Regulamentação internacional de Internet: uma abordagem desde as camadas da rede
Resumo
O estudo da regulamentação de Internet a nivel internacional precisa da sistematização de seus regulamentos e órgãos desde uma perspectiva técnica, que é superior ao análise legal. Este artigo apresenta um análise desta regulamentação, com base na classificação de Internet em camadas de infraestrutura física, lógica e de conteúdos, e seu ordenamento institucional e regulatório, assumindo que as dimensões técnicas e legais estão intimamente inter-relacionadas, e procurando por instituções e regulamentações chave em cada camada de rede. Além disso, é explorada uma teória sobre a separação das camadas, como uma estrutura capaz de oferecer princípios base para uma regulamentação internacional de Internet.Palavras-chave:
