Authors

Abstract

This paper presents the research, Design and implementation of a project to intervene and reinforce the dissemination strategies of the judges of the peace in the Granjas de San Pablo neighborhood in the locality called Rafael Uribe Uribe, in the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia. The project starts by getting to know the qualitative experience of the judges of the peace, their users and the people who have conflicts that qualify them to turn to this institution, but have not done so. The conclusions of the research indicate that the dissemination strategies should be written in positive language and be focused on the usual and daily social interaction channels in the neighborhoods: Whatsapp and Facebook groups, the parish, bakeries, stationery stores and public buildings where people usually go to do paperwork. The project's solutions are focused on creating advertising pieces in positive and friendly language for social networks and large format prints. These pieces fulfill the purpose of attracting attention and channeling people to a web page with an interactive map, a directory and a testimonial page.
